Discussing Kink Vs Fetish: an interesting one, it’s a delineation I struggle to remember. Here’s how A Scottish Lass defined it when she set the prompt on the 4Thoughts and Fiction meme
Kinks are defined as something sexually non-conventional whereas a fetish is the sexual gratification gained from an object, piece of clothing or body part.
I’m pretty sure I don’t have any fetishes, but I definitely have some kinky feelings about dressing up (submissy describes this as enclothed cognition ) because the right outfit takes me to a different place sexually, it adjusts my attitude, usually to something more dominant. I particularly like fishnet and shiny materials for this. Recent purchases I’ve made a latex corset and a strappy leather body harness, have definitely evoked the required response! When I’m dressed up in all the gear, for photos or for intimate moments, a different facet of my personality is unleashed, or given free rein. I am, however, no sadist, I enjoy the power and the element of surprise and having control, but without taking it down the routes of pain or punishment.
Song: Daisy
You don’t wanna see me bratty
Pet the kitty, call me catty
Make your man call me daddy
He talk too much, he’s too chatty (yeah cool)
Ceo, I’m savvy
Respect a bitch, I’m a maverick
Flexible, so elastic
But don’t you dare bend a bitch backwards
Fuck a princess, I’m a king
Bow down and kiss on my ring
Being a bitch is my kink
What the fuck else did you think?
The song which inspired this post is ‘Daisy’ which I keep hearing on the radio. Its tune is catchy but its lyrics made me prick up my ears (yeah, even the radio edit!). The artist Ashnikko is very much in touch with her own, edgy sexuality, demanding what she wants without being apologetic for her needs and preferences – I like that sassy attitude. When I was researching the lyrics I found an interview on YouTube in which Ashnikko explains that she invents a persona and then writes her song(s) and performs the music video from that fictional PoV. She’s used it as a confidence boost and has felt empowered by channelling that person’s attitude.
Fuck a princess, I’m a king
Bow down and kiss on my ring
It’s gonna hurt, it’ll sting
Spitting your blood in the sink
I’m crazy, but you like that
I bite back, daisies on your nightstand
Never forget, I blossom in the moonlight
Screw eyes, glacial with the blue ice
I’m terrifying
There’s a dominatrix element in Daisy’s fictional persona. Ashnikko envisioned her as a person who wears nothing but latex with a passion for the type of ‘glass’ wedges favoured by pole dancers. Daisy is assertive (your man should call me ‘daddy’ even though she’s unavailable to him). A vengeful vigilante, she’s on a mission to wipe out (with a throat punch which would make her victims spit blood in the sink) rapists and others she deems ‘bad’, i.e. Daisy is taking out the trash. She does, however, enjoy stalking her prey, cat and mouse. Letting them know they are in her sights she leaves her calling card: fresh daisies on their nightstand.
I’m no Cinderella, but I like the shoes
Big glass platforms, bitch, I’m choosey
Long blue hair, blue as a bruise
Only trust a fella for some light amusement
I’m no prey, but I am pursued
Pray for me, not on the churches pews
New dickstraction, can’t confuse me
Whiskey in my hip flask, nothing fruity
Fuck a princess, I’m a king
Bow down and kiss on my ring
Being a bitch is my kink
What the fuck else did you think?
Fuck a princess, I’m a king
Bow down and kiss on my ring
It’s gonna hurt, it’ll sting
Spitting your blood in the sink
I’m crazy, but you like that
I bite back, daisies on your nightstand
Never forget, I blossom in the moonlight
Screw eyes, glacial with the blue ice
I’m terrifying
Ashnikko visualises her powerful anti-hero as striking, sexy, an attractive vista, a person who can sometimes act as a distraction to men. She demands respect (bow down and kiss on my ring) who will weigh and measure a person (don’t dare bend a bitch backwards / screw eyes, glacial with blue ice) but if they are found wanting, she is going to hurt them – she’s terrifying! The artist currently has long blue hair (like a bruise), reminiscent of Harley Quinn from the DC Comic strip Batman.
I’m crazy but you like that
I bite back, daisies on your nightstand
Never forget, I blossom in the moonlight
Screw eyes, glacier with the blue ice
I’m terrifying
La, la, la
La, la, la
La, la, la
La, la, la
I’m terrifying … (repeat)
In the lyrics, Daisy claims her kink is being a bitch. I can’t be the only one who can relate to that. Some of us get off on being just a little bitchy, and some of us a lot, letting the attitude pervade every aspect of our life, because we enjoy it so much. I try to confine my ‘bitch’ to the bedroom, where sometimes I take the lead role and plan the teasing, the torment and the pleasure, taking my own pleasure from the ‘control’.
- My own latex heroine Francesca Demont occasionally tries her hand at being dominant.
- Eve depicts her fictional headmistress Miss Ranson [Delphine’s Schooldays] in a sadistic vein who, despite her vindictiveness, is the puppet of Catherine Spencer-Harrington, a professional Domme.
- Although Modesty Ablaze blogs and shares pictures in a humorous, tongue-in-cheek style, I’m sure her power-bitch side is what draws submissives to her for a dungeon experience.

Well, she certainly sounds like she enjoys being her bitchy self. 😉
She really embraces it! Thanks for reading and commenting.
I love this Posy. I hadn’t heard of the song or the artist but what you have said here makes total sense. The D element can be so attractive and appealing and although gender can present it differently, I think there is something that works because you make it your own. The image of you in latex is hot and also thank you for linking my post. missy x
How could I not missy? I was looking at you in your sexy outfit this weekend, and you used the term and I was like “Yeah, that’s exactly how I feel!” Thanks for the flattery xx
The latex image is cool.
Thanks Lisa – a treat from my OH
Great post and shares here. I can never see you as a bitch but you do look great in latex
May xx
Thanks May! Glad you liked the words and pictures.
Damn, Daisy!!! Oops, I mean Posy. What a post, I love the images, especially the top one, that is a Posy I haven’t seen before. And when I saw the purple dress I immediately thought of F. That’s some song I’ll have to look it up.
Thanks Elliott – yeah my inner bitch doesn’t often get an outing, but some of my more fetish-y outfits seem to encourage it! Francesca was delighted that she encouraged me to try latex for myself. I hope you love the track, it’s full of attitude x

A properly executed bitch is attractive.
Hey Mary, thanks for commenting, I totally agree!
