My preference is the sherbet kinda lollipops made by Swizzels (seen here). When I was younger I also used to enjoy the traffic light lollipops – strawberry red on the outside, then a yellow fizzy layer, finally green lime flavour right in the middle. In America I believe this would be called a sucker.
