Lingerie is for Everyone week 23
My husband used to buy me lovely underwear from La Senza, a shop which has sadly fallen by the wayside in the UK. This balconette bra is from there, it does have matching panties, but these co-ordinate well. They’re the more traditional french knicker style. I adore their little ribbons and stitching in aqua (or duck-egg blue for the more whimsical!) Very sheer at the back, which I also like.
Those with a bigger bust will be nodding along when I say that pretty bras for the bountiful boobs are hard to find. To be more specific, many are pretty but they aren’t necessarily comfortable or supportive. This one has comfort on it’s side, but unfortunately causes lots of jiggle, so I tend to save it for going out ~ or staying in! (heh heh!)
I’ve decided not to try for a fake or a real tan this year, so excuse my pasty complexion, although I’ve tweaked the filter a little on the standing shot. Please excuse my photographic assistant (i.e. my trusty selfie stick!)
lovely
Lovely pictures, Posy ?
I miss la senza, littlegem too struggles finding the right underwear. This looks lovely ☺
It was a great shop, not sure ‘Boux Avenue’ caters to the bigger boobed in the same way – over to Bravissimo now, and M&S has wised up to pretty being a requirement for us well endowed ladies too (if that’s any help to you Purples 🙂
Great pics Posy, cute AND sexy!
Thank you Nero – I’m pleased you liked ’em!
I remember La Senza, but I hadn’t noticed it had disappeared from the High Street. Probably because until a couple of years ago I only ever went to M and S for bras!
I have some of their jim jams! loved them – I didn’t know they had gone -great lingerie here x
