Saturday has come round again so I’m very happy to share some more awesome links with you. I start off by urging those who haven’t already to visit #SinfulSunday – last week had the prompt “I Am …” which inspired fabulous, inventive, sexy and sometimes knowingly amusing entries – great work everyone.
The links below are predominantly fiction posts, because that’s what I like best! They are followed by an interview with a talented independant author I’ve become increasingly aware of in recent months because her writing is intelligent and erotic, I recommend browsing her blog often, as there is so much free erotica on offer – many delicious series to follow!
Violet describes her love for books, especially sexy ones.
His Lordship crafts a tale of temptation and teasing where many things are not what they seem
Jayne utilises an app to get her rocks off at the airport
Kilted Wookie’s sub anticipates her punishment
What salacious things will happen to Cal as a result of this text?
Relax and let your mistress hypnotise you Zebra Rose!
A wonderful erotic dream/fantasy from Mrs Fever
For the spooky month of October April has penned a pulp fiction rendition of one of my favourite types of erotica!
Now for my Interview Slot:
- What made you decide to write a sex blog?
I needed somewhere to practice my writing. I had all these ideas for brief sexy stories, but I knew that writing them just for me wouldn’t push me to improve. Because other people can see my writing on my blog it forces me to try harder. And to try new things. To push the envelope.
- Describe your blog in a nutshell:
It’s mostly a collection of short erotica and occasional smutty poetry. But I also write articles from time to time – this is the area that I want to start working on more but I’m much more comfortable with fiction.
- How long have you been blogging on this theme?
Three years apparently! I had no idea it had been that long. I’d say I’ve improved a lot over that time. If you look back at my early stories they were often lacking in structure and felt quite forced in terms of theme. I’m trying to push myself to better things all the time.
- What is your favourite type of adult toy?
I guess I’m quite traditional. I like dildos and vibrators, but honestly I usually prefer my fingers to anything else. I like the tactileness of fingers, the fact that you’re feeling your own body and they’re also articulate and can hit the right places. I like to take my time when I masturbate, but then I do love to masturbate.
- What’s your current sexuality? At what age did you realise this was the right ‘fit’ for you?
My sexuality is quite fluid and trying to tie it down can be difficult. I’m definitely queer. I like men, I like women, I like non-binary people (and of course I include trans people in that list, no matter how they identify). But sometimes I can be totally off one and on for another. I can wake up and have no interest in men, and sometimes that can switch part way through the day. I’d say that happens less with women, but it does still happen.
- What’s your preference – naked or “dressed up” for sex? If dressed up, how so?
I love to feel good about myself and clothes are a huge part of that for me. Even if I’m working, so it has to be all business, I usually try to find office attire that at least shows me in my best light. And of course, what I’m wearing underneath is nobody’s business but mine. As for sex, I’m not a planner, so while I might well be wearing something lacy or stringy it’s unlikely to be specifically for the other person’s benefit.
- Is there a kink or fantasy you’re yearning to try?
I’m attracted to the abstract idea of BDSM – ropes and floggers and particularly the tight clothing – but I’m definitely not dominant in any way and I have a hard time trusting people at the best of times, so the idea of submitting to someone else’s whims puts me off. Maybe one day, but for now I’ll stick to reading about it!
- Name the fictional being or species you’d most like to have an encounter with:
Vampires. Vampires are sexy. I would love to be visited by a sultry lesbian vampire.
- Anal sex – Meh or Yay?
I’ve only tried a couple of times, both solo. I kind of liked it, it was a bit kinky for me and the sensation was new. Would I try with a partner? Maybe. But the trust factor makes it unlikely.
- Which mainstream film depicts your favourite erotic scene?
I’ll admit this one really made me think. There are a lot of good scenes to choose from with a lot of nudity and a lot of same sex couples (who doesn’t like a good queer sex scene?). So, in the end what did I choose? Call me traditional yet again, but for me it’s the phenomenally sexy mid-point scene in Desperado. Not only are the two leads absolutely smoking hot, but the way the scene is depicted is stylish and sensual. It’s also a culmination for the characters and is followed by both action and a little bit of comedy. Perfect!
- Do you watch porn?
Oh yes. I love porn. Especially girl-on-girl but there’s a lot of really lovely guy/girl porn too. I don’t like gay male porn though, or not any that I’ve seen. The way it’s portrayed is often very rough, quite nasty and degrading. I don’t like that.
- Before you go, please tell us 1 adult blog (aside from yours) which we must add to our reading list:
Mischa Eliot. Absolutely Mischa Eliot! If you’re not reading Mischa’s blog then I want to know why not. She’s a wonderful person, a true advocate for the community and a fantastic writer of erotica! (http://www.mischaeliot.com/)
Thank you so much for sharing your more ‘private’ side with me and my Dark Darlings!

She is on Twitter as @NicciHaydon and her current story “Devil’s Fingers” has me and many other readers squirming in our seats with equal parts horror and desire!
